Description
Senior Engineer for Agentic Systems in the CX - R&D Engineering division at NICE, responsible for designing and building AI-based tools and workflows for engineering teams. The role requires deep experience working with LLMs, designing and orchestrating autonomous agent systems, and in-depth knowledge of ecosystems such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor. You will build integrations with GitHub, Jira, and CI/CD, work full-stack (backend, frontend, APIs), and understand token economy and performance of AI workflows. Required experience in TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or React, and ability to work independently with a strong product sense.
