Lead QA Director to manage the quality assurance discipline for an AI-powered future at NICE. In this role, you will lead a broad team of automation engineers, performance specialists, and coaches, design an innovative AI-quality strategy that integrates LLM-based test generation and advanced testing technologies, and lead a paradigm shift in testing and CI/CD. Required: 12+ years of experience in engineering or QA with 5+ years in director-level management, deep background in automation architecture, experience managing performance engineering at organizational scale, and deep understanding of quality challenges in AI/ML.
