Senior Director of Quality Engineering in the CX division will take on leading an advanced quality assurance testing department for the AI era, with full responsibility for automation infrastructure, performance engineering, and all AI-driven initiatives in the organization. You will be responsible for building and managing large-scale teams of quality engineers, orchestrating strategy for LLM-powered test generation, and optimizing AI testing practices. You must have 12+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in Director-level management roles, deep knowledge of automation architecture, experience managing performance engineering in complex enterprise environments, and familiarity with the capabilities and limitations of LLMs in the context of software testing.
