The role is integrated in building and coordinating teams of architects and engineers in the fields of automation infrastructure, performance engineering, and AI-driven quality initiatives. Required: 12+ years of experience in software engineering, 5+ years in an engineering management role, and deep expertise in building test automation frameworks and experience in developing or operating AI/ML systems in large-scale enterprise environments.
