Director of Engineering in the Performance Management division at NICE, responsible for leading engineering teams that design and build the product. The role requires leading a global, distributed engineering organization, managing resources, setting development standards, and pioneering AI and Agentic technologies. Required: at least 12 years of software engineering experience with focus on SaaS, machine learning, and LLM; 6+ years of management in large environments; and expertise in data technologies and distributed systems.
