QA Automation Leader at NICE responsible for building testing methodologies for AI systems and autonomous agents on the Cloud Analytics platform. The role requires leading QA teams, defining testing strategies for complex, large-scale systems, and managing quality across both human-written and AI-generated code. Required: 3+ years of QA leadership experience, 4+ years in Automation, deep experience with AI agents, LLMs and Prompt Engineering, proficiency in Python and TypeScript, and in-depth knowledge of CI/CD and production-scale distributed systems.
