We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead planning activities, materials management, and inventory in Priority ERP at Flo-Optics, a startup developing innovative digital printing technology. The role includes building MRP processes from the ground up, managing material availability with suppliers, inventory management, and setting KPIs for planning and production, with close collaboration with the Procurement, Engineering, R&D, and Warehouse divisions. Required: B.Sc degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, proven experience in MRP planning and inventory management in a manufacturing environment, proficiency in Priority ERP and strong Excel skills, along with the ability to work in a dynamic startup environment and fluency in Hebrew and English.
