An NPI Engineer at Flo-Optics will lead the process of introducing our new optical products from the design stage through production launch. The role includes managing all introduction phases, coordinating between cross-functional teams (design, manufacturing, quality control), developing action plans, and conducting design review audits for manufacturing. Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, minimum 5 years of experience in new product introduction management, strong project management and communication skills. Experience with optical products and knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards are significant advantages.
