Chatbot Project Manager in coordination with the Customer Journey team, aiming to manage the development path and information transfer to business partners. The role includes full management of the work schedule and optimization of Chatbot AI performance, such as Forethought, using data analysis and KPI tracking. Proven experience in developing Chatbot strategies, strong business partner management skills, team coaching ability, and high-level engineering background are required. English language proficiency is mandatory, and experience working with AI platforms and technical Prompting will be given preference for the position.
