MLOps Team Lead
Description
We are looking for an MLOps Team Lead to lead the development of an internal machine learning platform for a large model group at Fetcherr. Your role will be to lead a small team of MLOps engineers in building automation and infrastructure for R&D workflows and production pipeline runs, while maintaining code proximity and setting technical direction. Required: at least 5 years of general experience in Python, 3 years of hands-on production MLOps experience, and experience managing a team with ownership of delivery and model coordination. Important: knowledge of Pipeline Orchestrators such as Dagster or Airflow, cloud providers, distributed computing and Docker/Kubernetes, with a senior level in the leadership role.
