DevOps Team Lead at Fetcherr who will build and advance an engineering team responsible for transforming the platform into a Kubernetes-native and self-service architecture to support dynamic growth in new markets. The role requires deep experience working with Kubernetes in production, proven track record of leading and growing teams of engineers, and strong proficiency with cloud-native tools such as Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD. Additionally, practical mastery of Python, Go, and Bash is required, product-oriented thinking toward infrastructure, and values of a learning culture from failures.
