esh is building an innovative tech bank in Israel and is looking for a Head Accountant to lead the accounting and finance function of the institution end-to-end. The position includes managing closing processes, managing payments and cash flow, maintaining payroll and pension procedures, and working on upgrading and advanced controls in a regulated banking environment. Required: 5+ years of experience as an accountant, Type 3 accounting certification, in-depth knowledge of Excel and ERP systems, and entrepreneurial thinking with no compromise on accuracy and procedures.
