The candidate must have more than 5 years of software development experience, deep proficiency in C++/C, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Significant advantage for experience working with Linux, Rust, and Python, as well as experience developing high-performance software infrastructure in demanding environments. The ideal candidate will have creative thinking with excellent execution capabilities and a talent for mentoring junior engineers.
