Directum seeks a Head of Operations who will be the primary execution partner to the CEO at a leading company in AWS FinOps and cloud optimization. Your role will be to translate strategy into measurable execution, build an operational framework that enables rapid growth, and manage strategic initiatives across the organization. Required: 7+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, or Business Leadership, with 3+ years leading impactful initiatives and proven experience working closely with founders and CEOs. Essential requirements include expertise in strategic planning, KPI/OKR design, process automation, and alignment with using AI to eliminate manual work.
