Discount Bank is seeking a Java developer with experience in Contact Center system development to expand the technology team. The role includes development and maintenance of applications in a Genesys On-Prem environment, working with REST APIs for integration with core banking systems, and participation in a cloud migration project. Required: at least 3 years of Java development experience, 4 years of IVR/CTI experience, knowledge of system integration topics, SQL/Oracle and Git. Advantage for candidates with experience in Genesys Engage or CCaaS solutions.
