Description
Bank Discount is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal support to the technology, strategy, and other divisions within the group. The position includes advising on broad areas such as technology procurement, artificial intelligence, privacy protection, financial regulation, and supporting innovative initiatives, including contract drafting and legal opinions. Requirements: Law degree and bar admission, minimum 5 years of experience in legal consulting at a leading law firm or in a financial/technology corporation, high proficiency in English, and strong negotiation skills. An advantage for candidates with experience in technology and fintech, familiarity with AI-based legal tools, or holders of a master's degree in law or MBA.
