The position requires at least 5 years of experience in IT with proven experience in complex core projects, a bachelor's degree, strategic-process vision, professional writing and strong analytical skills, high-level English for international collaboration, and critical systems thinking. Advantage for candidates with managerial experience, technological risk management, or IT audits.
