Looking for a senior technical writer who will be a key voice in developing documentation for Cyera, an innovative company in the AI Security field. Your role will be to build a complex documentation strategy for multiple product areas, in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams, while using AI tools to accelerate processes and improve user experience. Required: 6+ years of experience in technical documentation for B2B SaaS, proficiency in modern tools such as Markdown and HTML, ability to integrate AI into documentation processes, and experience working at a fast pace with 6-week release cycles.
