We are looking for an experienced technical leader to establish and lead a new Automation Infrastructure team at Cyera. The role is hands-on and focused on building a scalable platform for test automation that will serve hundreds of engineers and QA specialists across all products. Required: 6+ years of experience in engineering or QA automation, 3+ years of team management experience, and deep expertise in Playwright and TypeScript or Python and Pytest, along with strong understanding of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and building dashboards for quality measurement. Need skills in project management, mentoring, strong communication, and holistic vision combined with the ability to dive deep into technical details.
