Description

A mid-level Security Engineer will establish Cross River's cloud infrastructure in an AWS environment, working closely with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders. The role includes designing and implementing security controls, automating security monitoring, conducting periodic risk assessments, and responding to incidents and escalations. Required: AWS Security Specialty certification, deep knowledge of IAM, GuardDuty, CloudTrail and cloud security architecture, plus strong skills in Linux, Bash, Terraform, Python and experience with endpoint technologies such as Microsoft Defender and Sentinel. An advantage for candidates familiar with FinOps and a collaborative culture working with development and infrastructure teams.
