Head of Talent Acquisition unit at Cross River, a global fintech company providing payment solutions and embedded lending to businesses and consumers worldwide. In this role, you will lead the development of our recruitment function during a critical growth stage of the company, manage a talented TA team, and combine strategic thinking with practical execution. Required: proven track record of 5+ years leading recruitment in a high-tech environment, including people management and executing complex hiring processes, deep data expertise and experience building scalable recruitment capabilities.
