Facilities Manager to lead the Operations team of Cross River in Jerusalem and be responsible for the daily management of a two-story office with approximately 200 employees, including facilities such as a gym and music rooms. The position requires 5+ years of experience in facilities management or office operations, including small team management, full proficiency in Hebrew and English, and the ability to manage budgets, vendors, and contractor teams. This engineer will be a hands-on implementer with no hesitation in dealing with technical issues, with a strong collaborative approach with various department managers, and available for response outside working hours during events and emergencies.
