You will be a technical writing team manager at BigID, a leading company in data security and AI management. In this role, you will manage a team of writers, develop a culture that explores AI tools to automate documentation processes, and collaborate closely with product and engineering managers to align documentation with product releases. At least 3 years of experience in technical writing at SaaS companies with team management experience is required, along with the ability to use AI tools for documentation purposes, and skills in translating complex technical positions into clear and user-friendly language.
