Hardware Team Leader in the Battery Systems division of SolarEdge, the world-leading company in smart energy technologies. This role requires an experienced engineer with 7+ years of experience in complex mixed-signal design brought to high-volume production, along with 2+ years of proven technical leadership and mentoring. The candidate must have deep expertise in precision measurement design, grounding and power distribution, EMI/EMC design, communications and protection circuits, as well as experience with simulation tools and systematic validation. The management role includes team management, leading parallel projects from design through production, and collaboration in a multidisciplinary environment.
