In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of experts and analysts, design compensation and human resources management strategy, and lead digital initiatives and organizational transformation. Required: 10+ years of experience managing Total Rewards in a global organization, proven experience leading high-performing teams, and deep knowledge of HR Operations, HRIS, and People Analytics.
