JDC is seeking a department manager for populations affected by the consequences of the "Iron Swords" war – a senior position in the Disabilities, Resilience and Mental Health Division. The role includes formulating strategy, developing programs, and advising government, local authorities, and partners regarding services and assistance for survivors of attacks, families of hostages, reservists, and other affected residents. Required: 5+ years of senior management experience, leading complex partnerships, data-driven work, and ability to integrate technology in addressing social challenges.
