JDC is seeking a Program Manager for developing welfare and aging services in Jewish communities in former Soviet Union countries. The role includes leading and implementing innovative programs, managing multiple partnerships in the field, and providing professional mentoring to local welfare teams. Required: at least 5 years of experience leading complex social initiatives, systemic thinking, fluent Russian alongside Hebrew and English, and willingness to travel abroad.
