We are seeking a Knowledge and Organizational Learning Development Manager who will lead the professional development of the team, build a distinctive professional learning framework connected to organizational strategy, and drive change and innovation in the systems in which we operate. Required: Master's degree in a relevant field, at least 5 years of experience leading learning and organizational initiatives in a large company, and strong skills in group facilitation and professional tool development. The position requires the ability to bridge strategic and systemic thinking with practical implementation, and experience in complex social and systemic environments will be a significant advantage.
