JDC is seeking a pilot leader for the national Nefesh (Mental Health) initiative, who will lead and implement tailored mental health services in local authorities. The position includes accompanying mental health teams, identifying needs, professional assessments, and promoting collaboration between professional bodies and welfare and education sectors. Required: at least two years of experience working with local authorities and implementing programs, experience in the mental health field (social worker, care coordinator, or psychologist), and strong interpersonal skills.
