The role combines high-level leadership mentoring with practical day-to-day work, with the candidate acting as a bridge between local communities and the organization's global strategy. Required: 4+ years of experience in organizational consulting or strategy for social change, strong capability in systems analysis and strategic planning, and high precision in managing cross-sectoral relationships.
