Astra Labs is seeking a senior Physical Design Engineer for chip design at Top Level, to join the new development team in Tel Aviv. The role involves executing all stages of physical design of complex circuits in advanced technologies, from Floor Planning through GDS preparation for tape-out, while meeting stringent requirements for performance, power consumption, and area. Required: 5+ years of experience in leading semiconductor companies in complex Back-End design, proficiency with industry tools such as Synopsys or Cadence, and deep knowledge of RTL2GDS and Verification. The position is suited for a Staff/Principal level engineer with Power Integrity analysis capabilities and experience with high-speed protocols.
