Astra Labs is looking for a Staff DFT Engineer to build a strategic R&D center in Tel Aviv that will tackle communication challenges in the AI world. The role is diverse and covers the full range of DFT architecture from the definition phase through field return engineering support, with a focus on tests such as JTAG, MBIST, Scan, and ATPG. Required: 8+ years of experience in semiconductor companies, proficiency with tools such as TestMAX and Tessent, and deep familiarity with STA and scripting (Tcl, Python, and similar).
