DFT Engineer at Principal level at Astera Labs, a leader in connectivity solutions for massive-scale AI infrastructure. The role involves technical leadership across the entire DFT cycle—from architecture and standardization through implementation, verification, and silicon bring-up, including defining strategy and methodologies for complex SoCs using Scan, MBIST, LBIST, and JTAG technologies. Required: 12+ years of experience working with DFT in ASIC/SoC, mastery of industry tools such as Tessent and TestMAX, strong programming skills in Tcl/Python, and ability to lead cross-functional teams globally. Preferred: experience with advanced processes (7nm and below) and high-speed connectivity designs.
