Description
CommIT is seeking a manager for the Hardware development team to lead development and integration activities in the company. The role includes managing a multidisciplinary engineering team (Hardware, Firmware, RF and Mechanical), defining system architecture, managing the full development cycle from prototype to V&V, and liaison with systems engineering and project management. Required: at least 5 years of experience in Hardware development and circuit design, and approximately 4 years managing teams of 5+ engineers. Must have the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously and engage with clients, with an advantage for experience in microwave communications and RF.
