Description
We are looking for a Database Administrator with extensive experience managing and supporting PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server environments at CommIT. Your role will be to ensure availability, performance, and security of active databases, alongside support for development teams and critical applications. Required: 10+ years of experience as a DBA with deep proficiency in both platforms, ability to design and manage backup and recovery strategies, and expertise in troubleshooting performance issues. As additional advantages, experience with cloud services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL), monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus), scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python), and knowledge of infrastructure as code will be appreciated.
