Are you looking for a Security Engineering Manager at Next Insurance to lead the security strategy in a cloud-native environment and design the technical foundations for secure platform growth? In this role, you will collaborate with the Platform Engineering team to build security capabilities embedded within the platform, develop automation and self-service controls that enable teams to launch quickly and safely, and mentor the team. Required: 7+ years in security engineering, significant experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and identity management, ability to mentor engineers and make complex technical decisions in an organization.
