מנהל/ת GRC מנוסה יוביל את בניית תחום Governance ופיקוח לפרויקט ההרחבה של Next לאירופה, תוך תרגום דרישות רגולטוריות מורכבות כמו DORA, GDPR ו-EU AI Act לשליטות תפעוליות קונקרטיות ותהליכי audit. התפקיד דורש שותפות צמודה עם צוותי Engineering, Product, Security, Privacy וLegal, בנייה של תוכניות ממש מאפס, וניהול סיכונים בתחומי אבטחה סייבר, עמידות תפעולית, הגנת נתונים וAI governance. נדרש מינימום 7 שנות ניסיון בGRC וCompliance בסביבות מוקדות, ניסיון מנהלי בהובלת צוות, היכרות עמוקה עם סביבות AWS ושירותים פיננסיים מוסדרים, ויכולת חזקה בניהול stakeholders ברמת Group. מיקום: כפר סבא · מחלקה: Security להגשת מועמדות: באתר החברה, דרך הכפתור למטה
