GRC Manager
Description
Experienced GRC Manager to lead the establishment of Governance and compliance domain for Next's expansion project to Europe, translating complex regulatory requirements such as DORA, GDPR, and EU AI Act into concrete operational controls and audit processes. The position requires close partnership with Engineering, Product, Security, Privacy, and Legal teams, building programs from scratch, and managing risks in the areas of cybersecurity, operational resilience, data protection, and AI governance. Minimum 7 years of experience in GRC and Compliance in regulated environments required, managerial experience leading teams, deep familiarity with AWS environments and regulated financial services, and strong stakeholder management capabilities at Group level.
