Description
Nebius, a giant in the cloud computing field for AI economy, is seeking a senior attorney for the legal department to lead all aspects related to SEC reporting, NASDAQ compliance, and U.S. securities laws for a foreign company listed on the stock exchange. The position includes managing SEC documentation setup (including forms 20-F and 6-K), overseeing corporate and government reporting, providing advice on capital market transactions (equity and debt offerings), and supporting M&A transactions from a securities law perspective. Required: J.D. degree from an accredited university with bar admission in one U.S. state, 7+ years of experience in public securities law combining work at leading law firms with positions within companies, and deep knowledge of Exchange Act regulations, SOX, and NASDAQ.
