We are looking for a manager to lead a small but highly impactful FP&A team at Cognyte, where your role will be to lead the team and serve as a true business partner to Product and R&D leaders. In this position you will manage budgets, forecasts and financial planning for product departments, perform variance analyses and convert financial data into clear business insights. Required: 5+ years of experience in finance including in-depth work in FP&A, 2+ years of experience managing a financial team, strong FP&A skills and the ability to engage from a business perspective with impact on decision-making.
