Data Science Team Leader at Cognyte responsible for developing the next generation GenAI Co-Pilot for our investigative engineering platform. Lead a team that will build an impactful AI product that transforms the way people work with modern artificial intelligence, starting from strategic AI Roadmap planning through testing and production optimization. Required: M.Sc. in a quantitative field, 7+ years of experience building ML/AI solutions in production with 2+ years of team management, and proven experience designing multi-agent systems and GenAI features using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen. Significant advantage: experience with LLM updates and deployment, model optimization, and end-to-end ML pipeline tuning on cloud-native infrastructure.
