Description
Engineering Manager to lead a small and dynamic team of engineers in the AP division at Melio, a B2B payments platform. You will be responsible for a significant product area facing users, make strategic decisions, and support your team members, while performing hands-on technical work. Required: 7+ years of experience as a software engineer (frontend and backend), 3+ years managing a team of 4+ engineers, and 2+ years of practical experience with React and Node.js. Essential: deep knowledge of web product architecture, continuous delivery, end-to-end product building including UX/design/code/testing, and experience with AWS would be advantageous.
