The role includes managing team leads and engineering groups in the fields of CI/CD, Kubernetes, AWS, and building modern platforms, while driving innovation and security requirements. Required: 8+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE, 3+ years managing engineering teams, deep proficiency in AWS and Kubernetes, experience with enterprise CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code, as well as people management skills and strong communication abilities.
