Description
You are invited to lead a full-stack team at Buildots, an AI platform for construction intelligence. Your team will build complex interfaces on 360° images, drones, 2D plans and 3D models, using React and TypeScript on the frontend and Python, Django and Postgres on the backend. You will lead, code end-to-end and help the organization use AI coding tools in an innovative way. Required: 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong React, some backend experience or ability to learn quickly, experience in team management or ownership of significant projects, and daily use of tools like Claude, Cursor or Codex.
