Senior SRE Engineer / Senior DevOps
Description
A Senior SRE Engineer at Gong will be responsible for designing and building scalable and flexible systems on our SaaS platform, while leading reliability initiatives and managing complex production incidents. The position requires at least 7 years of experience in SRE or DevOps, with a deep understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud resource allocation. Practical experience with CI/CD tools, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks, and building monitoring tools is required, with preference for AWS experience and a Java background. In this role, you will lead cross-team projects, design reliability processes and SLOs, and collaborate with engineering and support teams to embed reliability across the organization.
