Senior DevSecOps Manager
Description
Senior DevSecOps Manager at Gong will lead the DevSecOps team in Israel and be responsible for the security posture of the company's multi-cloud infrastructure, in an environment processing millions of interactions daily. Your role will include managing an experienced team of DevOps and DevSecOps engineers, defining a cloud security roadmap for AWS, Azure, and GCP, and handling identity controls, access management with minimal privileges, and supply chain security. Required: at least 2 years of experience managing a DevSecOps or cloud security team and at least 7 years of technical experience in cloud and security, with deep proficiency in AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub, CI/CD, Terraform, and the ability to balance security with developer experience.
