Description
Senior Backend Engineer in the AI Framework team at Gong will build the foundational platform that enables the entire organization to design, evaluate, deploy, and operate AI agents at scale. The role requires at least 7 years of experience in backend engineering with strong skills in systems design and platform building, hands-on experience building agentic systems in production including work with tools like LangChain and LangGraph, advanced Python proficiency, deep understanding of evaluation methodologies for AI, and experience building observability and monitoring solutions for distributed systems. You will work on orchestration, evaluation systems, observability, and guardrails that will serve multiple teams across the company.
