Description
Head of AI Security in the Information Security department at Gong, where you will lead the security strategy for the company's AI and ML systems. You will be responsible for protecting AI infrastructure, data pipelines, LLM models, and RAG systems against threats such as prompt injection, data leakage, and advanced attack attempts. Minimum 7 years of experience in cybersecurity with 2+ years securing data science environments or AI applications, plus deep understanding of deep learning architectures and multi-agent orchestration frameworks. You will lead cross-functional initiatives with strong communication skills to translate complex technical risks into business strategies.
