Senior Software Engineer II in the CX Platform team at Forter, responsible for the critical AI infrastructure for the company's products. Your role will include designing and implementing a shared agentic platform using LangChain and AWS Bedrock, managing complex data pipelines (Kafka, Elasticsearch, Redis, Snowflake, MySQL), and maintaining backend services with an emphasis on scalability and reliability. Required: 6+ years of backend experience in Node.js and TypeScript, hands-on work with language models in production, and deep understanding of distributed architectures.
