Description
Senior Software Engineer in the Core Engineering group at Forter, responsible for developing and scaling backend systems that power real-time fraud decisions and the company's API interfaces. You will work on critical components such as decision engine, data pipelines and processing, and self-serve API platform, in an environment processing billions of requests daily worldwide. Required: 8+ years of experience in backend development in large-scale production environments, proficiency in Python, Java, Kotlin or Node.js, and experience with cloud-native technologies such as AWS and Kubernetes. Also required: strong ownership, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex systems to different audiences, including working directly with customers around the world.
