Senior Engineering Manager for the Decision Engineering team at Forter, responsible for the company's central decision engine that makes tens of millions of decisions daily for major businesses worldwide. You will lead experienced engineers (including Staff+), plan complex projects with high technical and business risk, and ensure strict SLA adherence and high system availability. Requires 5+ years of experience managing teams in business-critical environments, IC experience as Staff+ or Tech Lead, and experience in high-performance environments. Significant advantage for previous experience managing Staff+ and working with APIs and technical customer interfaces.
